The Etro boutique in Ginza, the fashion district of Tokyo, is set over two floors and covers a total area of 243 m², entirely dedicated to the Men’s and Women’s collections. The design of the spaces, is also a tribute to Made in Italy, among contrasting and harmonising materials: Santafiora sandstone rests on the distinct walls with lacquer finish, the light and neutral shades of the settings highlight the contrasting colourful Etro creations. The Men’s collection, enclosed in precious gold and silver-plated structures, occupies the ground floor alongside the light invisible glass shelves from which the colourful accessories emerge. The upper floor is dedicated to women’s clothes and accessories, attention-grabbing due to their multi-coloured prints. The refined furnishings take up the materials and the shapes of those of the men, while the orange and fuchsia rugs add a touch of colour. Here and there, square leather poufs and small armchairs clad in immaculate fabric serve as the perfect supports for a relaxing break, or as quiet corners to carefully ponder the choices of style.
