Making a request for a return is fast and simple. It can be made after making a purchase as either a registered customer or a guest customer.
If you are a registered user, log-in to My Account and access the details of the Order history.
If you are a guest user, access the detail of the order through the dedicated area on the Access page.
A return request can be found next to the shipping number in the detail of your order - follow the procedure indicated there.

Retrieve the pre-paid, pre-printed UPS label found inside the original packaging to attach on the package containing your return item(s).
Use the tracking code on the label to schedule collection for your item online at www.ups.com.
Select a date and location for collection, or drop off your package at the nearest UPS Access Point™.
