Can I still make an order?

Yes, you can continue to order from Etro.com.
We are applying the guidelines issued by the World Health Organization and local authorities. All the logistics, from the warehouses to the preparation and delivery of the goods follows the safety indications and hygiene standards required by the legislation.

When will I receive my products?

Orders are being processed as normal and deliveries are guaranteed, but with extended times. There may be slight delays in the shipping times of your order.

Can I still make a return?

Yes, the times for on-line returns have been extended until further notice. As we are working with reduced staff, return and reimbursement processes may be extended, but we want to assure you that they will be dealt with as soon as possible.
