FAQ COVID-19

In accordance with current government regulations, delivery services have been suspended and our warehouse is closed.

Can I still make an order?

Yes, you can continue to order from Etro.com and you will receive the order when the warehouse reopens. Please note that your credit card will be debited within 5 days from the date of the order. When our warehouse reopens, your order will be shipped, and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Can I still make a return?

Yes, the times for the on-line returns have been extended until our Boutique reopens. At the moment, however, we cannot receive returns, and these will be handled when our warehouses reopen in accordance with government regulations.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our Customer Care service at customercareus@etro.com

I made a purchase in a Boutique - can I return it?

Yes, you can return your purchases once our Boutiques reopen.

Are the Boutiques open?

We have closed our Boutiques temporarily in countries affected by the pandemic in accordance with government regulations. Please check the upcoming openings by looking at the updates on our website here.
