Items purchased on can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date of the order. Customized products cannot be returned. All returns must be made from within the country of purchase.

Making a request for a return/exchange is fast and simple. It can be made after making a purchase as either a registered customer or a guest customer. If you are a registered user, log-in to My Account and access the details of the Order history. If you are a guest user, access the detail of the order through the dedicated area. A return/exchange request can be found next to the shipping number in the detail of your order.


  • Log into your ETRO account by scanning the QR code or from the DELIVERY, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES section in the footer.
  • Request a return or an exchange.
  • Select the product(s) you wish to return or exchange, specifying whether it is an exchange or a return.
  • Tell us the reason why you are making a return/exchange.
  • If it is an exchange, select the new size or colour available in the specific area.


Place the item(s) to be returned in a box, preferably in the original packaging.

Please consider that any damaged, used, incomplete or soiled items cannot be returned or replaced. Apply the prepaid and pre-printed DHL label that was supplied with the order, covering the previous label.

If you have lost the return or exchange label, it can be downloaded from the DELIVERY, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES section that can be found in the footer of the ETRO website.


Log into and use the tracking code on the label to book and arrange the collection or alternatively, take the package directly to the nearest DHL Access Point.


For returns, you will receive a refund within 5 days from the receipt of acceptance email of the return and the refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase.

For exchanges, the new ETRO product will be delivered within 2-4 working days from when you receive the email of acceptance of your exchange request.

For customers wishing to return perfumes, please note that the standard return service cannot be used; instead, an alternative collection service or postal collection must be used and the customer must take responsibility of the collection method and shipping costs. Perfumes must be returned without being opened, with the protective film intact and in their original packaging.

Shipping of ETRO perfumes to Scotland and Northern Ireland is not available.
