PROCEDURE FOR RETURN
Items purchased on www.ETRO.com can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date of the order. All returns must be made from within the country of purchase.
Making a request for a return is fast and simple. It can be made after making a purchase as either a registered customer or a guest customer.
- If you are a registered user, log-in to My Account and access the Order details in your Order history. If you are a guest user, access the detail of the order through the dedicated area inserting your order number and email.
- Click on “Request a return”
- Select the quantity and the reason for the product(s) you wish to return
- Select the return method
- You can now print the return label, find the nearest Acces point or schedule a pickup by DHL
- Click on “Return Portal Home”, you return request is know submitted and you can enter a new return. You will receive a confirmation email containing a copy of the prepaid return label.
Place the item(s) to be returned and the Return Note (received by email) in a box, preferably in the original packaging. Please consider that any damaged, used, incomplete or soiled items cannot be returned.
Apply the prepaid and pre-printed DHL label, covering the previous label.
If you have lost the return label, you can download a new return label by repeating STEP 1, the system will detect that a return request has already been entered and will allow you to download the return label.
You will receive a refund within 14 days from the receipt of acceptance email of the return and the refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase.
