ETRO and Aimo e Nadia Milano, bound by a shared heritage and passion for excellence, have given life, since 2023, to exquisite collaborations created by Chef Alessandro Negrini e Fabio Pisani from the Michelin-starred restaurant ‘Il Luogo Aimo e Nadia’. Their journey began with the creation of the Panettone and the Pandoro, and over time it evolved to include the Colomba and the Saffron and Chocolate Panettone.
